ABOUT THE BLEND:

Our Cold Brew blend is designed and roasted for optimum extraction with cool water. Typically we opt for brighter and more dynamic expressions of our (hot-brewed) coffees, but we have found over time and with experience that these profiles give us an easier time extracting the best from the grounds as well as a pleasant and round profile that we know you will love!
