Don Sergio’s anaerobically fermented Pacamará Ámbar beans always remind us of cocoa nibs when we munch on them.
Coffee and chocolate being a natural pairing, this season, we roasted El Porvenir delicately to preserve crunch and character and handed the lot off to our chocolatier neighbors to coat in organic dark chocolate. Enjoy these with your coffee, after a great meal, or really any time!
